How to deal with drama when relationships go wrong
As soon as I wrote about Louise Hay’s cellulite theory, I knew the Universe would test my ability to manage anger and deal with drama. Days later, it did. (more…)
Putting Louise Hay’s cellulite theory to the test
Here’s the thing about losing weight. You can do all the squats, planks and burpees in the world but it will only take your weight loss journey so far. From what I can tell, working out and eating better will help you gain muscle and lose some fat but it won’t tone all your dimply bits. Rick Ross suggests date rape is ok in new track
Yesterday, I was lying in bed feeling like crap. I’d been sneezing, sniffling, coughing, aching and dealing with all the other symptoms that come with having the flu. A few months ago I saw a call for speakers for a national conference hosted by the Organizational Development Network (ODN). I could barely imagine being a part of their speaker lineup. Most ODN speakers are book authors, published in journals or trailblazers with 20 plus years of experience. (more…)
How to make new friends as a grown up
Yesterday I got two emails that nearly moved me to tears. Both were reminders that I haven’t fully failed at something that seems to be so hard after the age of 19 – how to make new friends as a grown up. (more…)
